We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a 365-day warranty on all of our jewelry items.

What is Covered:
Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This includes any damage that may occur during normal wear and tear.

What is Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear. It also does not cover any alterations made by anyone other than our authorized jewelers.

What We Will Do:
If a defect is found in your jewelry item within the first 365 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If a repair is not possible or practical, we will replace the item with one of equal or greater value.

What You Need to Do:
To take advantage of our warranty, simply contact us at info@JTGjewelry.com and provide (1) proof of purchase (2) images of the product (3) explanation of the request. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us for evaluation.

Please note that any shipping costs incurred during the warranty process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the item. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have under applicable law.
