Please note that items purchased on Promotions, Clearances, or with Discount codes are not eligible for return.

  2. Return Label: To initiate a return or exchange, please go to our RETURN PORTAL. Our representatives will be happy to assist you in generating a return label, if applicable. Simply provide your order details. Please note that return labels may be provided for eligible returns within the specified return window.

  3. Return Process: Once your return is initiated, please carefully follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. 

  4. Refunds and Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) at our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.

  5. Additional Notes:
    • We are unable to refund any original shipping costs.
    • Damaged or faulty items will be handled separately. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you receive a damaged or faulty item.
    • We apologize for any mistakes made in your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  6. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

    As a retail business, our prices are subject to change based on various factors such as trends, stock availability, and consumer demand. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund for the price difference if the item you purchased has undergone a price change since the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  7. Can I return items purchased using a gift card?

    Certainly! You can return items that were purchased using a gift card. When returning such items, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value as the merchandise being returned. If your original method of payment was an E-Gift card or a physical gift card, you will be issued a new E-gift card of the same value as the returned merchandise.

  8. Can a gift recipient return items?

    Yes, a gift recipient can return or exchange merchandise with the original gift receipt. In the case of gift returns, a gift card will be issued for the purchase price. If the gift recipient chooses to return the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser. It's important to note that the gift recipient will not receive a cash refund.
